Police announce reduction in crime and antisocial behaviour in The Nightingales, Greenham in Newbury

Police have announced that there has been a reduction in both criminal offences and reported antisocial behaviour incidents in a well-known hotspot in Newbury.
The Newbury Neighbourhood Policing Team has re-visited residents and conducted further community antisocial behaviour surveys in and around The Nightingales estate in Greenham.
According to these surveys, there has been a significant reduction in reported antisocial behaviour incidents.
In particular, there has been reductions in Woodlands View and Dickens Walk.
Police crime data has also shown a reduction in offences.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “We encourage the community to continue to report crime or ASB incidents to the police.”
