Police appeal after sexual assault in Newbury supermarket





The woman, aged 39, was in Tesco in Pinchington Lane, Newbury, at 12.45pm on Saturday May 19, when she was approached from behind by a man, who touched her indecently.
The man is described as white, in his mid twenties, 5ft 3ins tall, with short mousey unstyled hair.
He was wearing a dark waist-length jacket.
It is believed he may have been in the store with two older people, possibly his parents.
The older man is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, with dark thinning hair.
The older woman is described as white, 5ft 3ins tall, in her mid to late fifties, of slim build with grey or greying hair.
Investigating officer PC Will Smith is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or who recognises the description of the suspect or the two people in the store with him, to come forward.
