Thames Valley Police catch six speeding offenders in Streatley
Police officers conducted speed enforcement checks in Streatley on Friday (May 13) and found six speeding offenders in a 90 minute period.
Two officers from Thames Valley Police’s roads policing unit, PC Price and special constable Knight, were carrying out the checks as part of a global road safety week.
Of the speed enforcement checks they carried out within a 30mph zone, the fastest offender they picked up was travelling at 51mph.
TVP roads policing posted on Facebook that the offender would be, “enjoying a day in court”, with the other offenders being issued tickets and getting points on their licenses.
They added: "While we can't be everywhere, we can be anywhere!"
