Police hunt man who indecently exposed himself opposite St John’s roundabout in Newbury
A man has been spotted lying opposite a roundabout while exposing himself in Newbury.
And police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
The incident happened yesterday (Tuesday, September 17) in the St John’s Memorial Garden at the end of Newtown Road between 3.40pm and 3.45pm.
The man is described as white, of large build, between 22- and 25-years-old, wearing a pale coloured T-shirt, grey hoodie with the hood up, coloured jogging bottoms and black trainers.
He had also been riding a push bike.
Investigating officer PC Danielle Steeden said: “This is a concerning incident and we are carrying out a thorough investigation and will have increased patrols in the area.
“As such, I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident or has footage to please come forward.
“Additionally if anyone was driving in that area and has dash cam footage, please get in touch.”
