Police investigate burglary in Burghfield Common




Offenders forced the rear kitchen window to gain entry and steal jewellery and other goods

POLICE are investigating a burglary in Burghfield Common in which a number of electrical items and jewellery were stolen.

The incident happened at a house in Hollybush Lane on June 23 between 8am and 5.30pm.

Offenders forced the rear kitchen window to gain entry and carried out an untidy search of all the rooms in the house.

Various electrical items and jewellery were stolen and carried in a suitcase and holdall, which were also stolen during the burglary.

Designated Investigator Adrian Fisher said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw suspicious activities or a vehicle in the area at the time of the incident."
