Police issue descriptions of three people following Newbury pub assault





According to Thames Valley Police, the incident happened at The Diamond Tap pub in Cheap Street, between 3am and 3.30am on Sunday December 15.
An altercation occurred between two groups of people inside the pub, following which two men aged 22 and 18, were assaulted outside the pub.
They sustained cuts and bruises, but did not require hospitalisation.
The first man was described as white, in his early twenties, with brown hair, a beard, about 5ft 8in and of slim build. He was wearing a blue v-neck jumper, a white shirt and blue jeans.
The second man was white, in his early twenties, about 5ft 10in and of slim build. He was wearing blue jeans and a blue long-sleeved shirt.
The third person was a white woman, in her early twenties, with blonde shoulder length hair and about 5ft 5in. She was wearing a black dress.
