Police re-appeal after young girls are exposed to
The incident happened on May 19, when two 11-year-old girls were jogging along the tow path between Goring Lock and Pangbourne.
When they stopped for a rest at the sloping tree along the tow path they saw a man staring at them.
He disappeared from view, but when he remerged he exposed himself to the two girls.
Police arrested a 30-year-old Tilehurst man in connection with the incident, but he has now been released without charge.
