Dean, 34, was last seen on Saturday, November 11, at The Starting Gate pub in Brummell Road, Newbury, at about 9pm.
Thames Valley Police believes that Dean walked from the pub to Northcroft Leisure Centre because of CCTV enquiries.

TVP has asked for anybody who was in the area of Newtown Road, the A339 or the roundabouts by Tesco and Newbury College at around 9.30pm on November 11, to check their dash-cam or CCTV footage.”
TVP describes Dean as 5ft 8ins tall, of average build with dark blond hair.
He has a tattoo of a rose on his chest, the word ‘HONEY’ on his right hand, and a sleeve tattoo on his left arm.
When Dean was last seen, he was wearing a light blue hooded top and blue jeans, white Nike trainers and a red beanie hat.
