Thames Valley Police believe the man pictured may have vital information.

Detective Sergeant Darren Little, of the Priority Crime Team, based at Newbury police station, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed either incident to please get in touch with us.

“We believe that the two incidents reported are linked, but are keeping an open mind.
