Police seek Newbury car vandal

A male, about 6ft tall, well built and wearing a white hat was seen driving slowly past the car in a dark coloured Volkswagen Golf Mark 4.
The offender is the seen to get out and causing the damage before getting back into his vehicle.
The incident happened at about 11.45pm on Saturday, January 19.
Any witnesses should contact the police on the non-emergency number on 101.
