Thames Valley Police warn of increased theft from vehicles in Newbury




A police community support officer (PSCO) has warned residents in Newbury of a rise in thefts from vehicles.

These increased thefts have been reported in and around the Cromwell Road and Cresswell Road areas.

PCSO Lewis has told residents around this area to be aware.

He has urged people to check that their vehicle is locked and to remove any valuables.

The neighbourhood team will be conducting high visibility patrols in the area.

Thames Valley Police West Berkshire has said: "If you have any information that you feel may help find the suspect(s), please contact 101 and quote 43220046621."
