POLL: Thatcham's Christmas best dressed window competition

Thatcham's best dressed window Christmas competition is back for 2021! The vote is now open and will close at noon on Friday, January 10.

The Newbury Weekly News is delighted to partner with Thatcham Town Council for another year of the Christmas competition.

Last year saw 12 businesses across the town dress up their window displays on the theme 'stars'.

The 2020 winner was insurance company A-Plan, which bagged the trophy for a cosy fireplace display.

Thatcham mayor Mike Cole also selected his own window winner as Thatcham Kitchen Designs for its nice feel.

This year, 10 local businesses have agreed to take part and transform their windows into winter wonderlands for a bit of festive fun.

The chosen theme is 'Christmas movies', so why not take a walk through the town and see if you can work out what festive films are being portrayed?

It is your job to inspect this year's great displays and cast your vote!

Remember that the vote will close at noon on Friday, December 10. Any votes after this time will not be counted.
