Poop! Poop!
See Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad at Basildon Park tomorrow (Saturday)
Tickets are still available for one of this summer's family highlights, in the glorious location of Basildon Park. On Saturday, the 18th-century gardens are raising the curtain on an evening of drama, suspense and comedy, bringing to life some of our best-loved children's characters, in a new adaptation of Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows, performed by the Cambridge Touring Theatre. Bring picnics, rugs, friends and family for an unforgettable night of outdoor entertainment. This merry romp features live music, dancing, and audience participation, as well as the rare opportunity to attend a 45 minute drama workshop before the performance, starting at 4.30pm. Tickets are £10 (which includes admission to the performance) and must be booked in advance. The workshop is suitable for ages 5 to 11.
The Wind in the Willows: 23 July, 6 – 8pm, adults £12, children £8, (or £10 if taking part in the workshop). Book on 0844 249 1895.
