Garstonbury applies for new premises licence
The popular East Garston music festival of almost 10 years has applied for a new premises licence ahead of its 2023 edition.
The licence applies to the field between East Garston and Great Shefford, where this year's family celebration will be held on Saturday, July 15, between 10am and 2am.
Organisers Freddie and Susan Tulloch, owners of The Queens Arms in East Garston, are applying for changes to musical performance and alcohol serving times.
The application seeks to play live and recorded music between 10am and 3am and to supply alcohol between 11am and 3am.
And they also want to supply late night refreshments from 11pm until 3am.
The closing date of the application was on April 9. It is currently being decided.
