SSE say normal order should be resumed later this morning
POWER cuts are affecting a number of rural West Berkshire villages.
A tweet from SSE this morning read: "We're sorry for the #PowerCut affecting #Brightwalton #Catmore #WestIlsley #Winterbourne and the surrounding areas of #Newbury We expect your power to be back on by 10:30."
It is not yet clear how many properties were affected.
