Pretty Penny seeks comfy sofa in rural retreat

Shy crossbreed loves wide blue yonder

A shy crossbreed is hoping to find a rural retreat to sofa surf in, after a busy day exploring.

Penny is a five-year-old crossbreed who is hoping she can spend the rest of her days in a loving new home.

Jenny Hopkins, assistant manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, said:

“Penny is a real softie who enjoys the quiet life and is happiest when curling up for a snooze after a busy day exploring. She is looking for a home in a rural location with a secure garden and would like to be the only pet in the home.”

“Penny can be shy when she first meets new people so potential new owners will need to visit her to build up a bond before she can embark on the journey to her new home.”

Do you think you could give Penny the loving home she deserves? Why not pop into the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks RG20 0HR or call the rehoming centre on 0300 303 0292.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for nearly 17,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 20 Rehoming Centres in the UK and one in Ireland.
