Psychedelic volunteering fair held today (Sat)

About 40 organisations showed visitors to the Corn Exchange what they do to help others

THIS year's Fabulous Fantastic Psychedelic Volunteering Fair was held at the Corn Exchange, Newbury, today (Saturday).

About 40 charitable organisations came together under one roof to showcase what they do.

It was organised by the Volunteer Centre West Berkshire.

Its director, Garry Poulson, said: “It has been fabulous.

“There has been a poptastic turnout.

“The voluntary organisations have made excellent efforts to encourage people to talk to them about their voluntary work.”
