Public invited to health chief meeting

The clinically-led CCG has taken over the responsibility for planning and buying most of the health services for local people from April 1, as part of the government’s NHS reforms.
The CCG is inviting the residents of Newbury and District to attend its meeting on Thursday, May 2.
The board will meet at West Berkshire Community Hospital, from 2 pm.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to ask the CCG board questions about agenda items at this first public Board meeting.
