The supermarket has announced that it plans to convert the recently closed Queen’s Arms pub in Reading Road into an Express store.
The proposed conversion follows the change of use of the Rising Sun public house in Burghfield Common to a Tesco Express store last year.
Many residents have raised objections to the proposal, citing increased traffic and the impact on independent retailers.
Tonight’s meeting, for people to have their say, will be held at Goring Village Hall from 7pm.
