Victoria Park Nursery and Miss Polly’s Kindergarten in Baughurst will also be joining the fun, both dressing in spots and stripes and selling homemade cakes. Burnham Copse primary school in Tadley will also be adorning the iconic spots and stripes theme, with parties planned throughout the day.
A 12-hour sponsored relay swim is being held at the Regency Park Hotel in Thatcham in aid of Children In Need, with members booking 15 minutes slots throughout the day to see the pool used continually.
The festivities will carry on into the evening, with sponsored waxing and hair cuts being part of the fun at Newbury Snooker Club, in West Street, Newbury, with a raffle, auction and Pudsey party, organised by Kelly Bowers (pictured) carrying on until the early hours.
Saturday afternoon will see the Riverside Community Centre, in Rosemoor Gardens, Turnpike, turned into a hub of activity ranging from face paints to arts and crafts for a donation to the charity.
While the Linden Ellicott School of Dancing in Thatcham is attempting to break a Guinness World Record for the number of people dancing in a room at the same time, taking part in a sponsored Tapathon on Sunday.
