Pupils step up at dance event

On Saturday, February 1, pupils from St Bartholomew’s School, Newbury, Kennet School, Thatcham and Trinity School, Shaw, collaborated for the event.
It was hosted by Trinity School and comprised a number of dance forms, from ballet to tap and jazz to contemporary and featured pupils aged from 11 to 18.
Much of the choreography was also pupil-led.
The headteacher at Trinity School, Charlotte Wilson, said: “This is a wonderful celebration of dance in our community; the event continues to get bigger each year.
“It is a true example of all our students showing how they are driving dance forward and working to be the very best that they can be.”
