Queen's funeral to be televised at Thatcham Baptist Church

There will be an opportunity to watch the funeral of the Queen in Thatcham on Monday (September 19).
The service will be televised from Westminster Abbey at 11am at Thatcham Baptist Church, which is behind the Burdwood Surgery.
Free refreshments will be served from 9.30am.
Thatcham Town Council has circulated details of the event and said: "You may find it more comforting to watch Her Majesty The Queen's funeral among company and so all are very welcome to watch the televised service at Thatcham Baptist Church.
"They will open their doors from 9.30am on the morning of the 19th."
During this period of national mourning, the council has also cancelled a number of its public meetings.
