Ramsbury Beaver pack leader to represent Wiltshire for international Scout Jamboree
But 15-year-old Melissa Nemeth-Smyth needs your help.
Melissa said: “I’ve lived in Ramsbury for the whole of my life and am very involved in village life. I’m very committed to Scouting and hope to give all my experience back to younger members so they can benefit from Scouting as much as I have.”
She added: “I’m lucky enough to have been selected, along with 26 others, to represent Wiltshire at the 23rd World Scout Jamboree in the summer of 2015, in Japan.
“I and one other are the only two to have been selected from North East Wiltshire and between us we need to raise £7,000.
“We have planned table-top sales, cake sales and a few more events that should get us off to a good start with our individual fundraising.”
Melissa has raised £1,279 towards her individual £3,500 target.
