Reduced service at hospital following IT failure

Patients due to attend out patients clinics or patients due in for pre-planned surgery should attend as arranged.
However, patients with minor non-life threatening injuries should use alternative services such as minor injuries units, walk in clinics or GP services rather than the emergency department.
