A34 Speen: reports of road traffic accident

THERE are reports of a tree blocking part of the A4 at Speen at 12pm today, Sunday, September 5.

One motorist, who said her vehicle struck the tree near to the former Hare and Hounds pub restaurant, said: "A lorry has hit the tree and now it is blocking part of the road.

"I have just struck the tree and there are now tailbacks."

She added that she was shaken but otherwise unhurt.

Thames Valley Police no longer provide details of non fatal road traffic accidents.

However motorists are advised to use caution as they approach that stretch of road.
