Concept restaurant Mint opens on Newbury's Bartholomew Street

A “new concept restaurant” has opened its doors in Newbury.

Mint is situated on Bartholomew Street and offers “delicious, nutritious food” as well as comfortable sofas to relax on.

Arif Goksel, managing director, said Mint also offered “pick me up meals and great coffee”.

“Mint is a place with a big heart and passion for making tasty, nutritious and fresh food,” he added.

“We will welcome you with a well-balanced menu which includes salads - but no, not the boring ones – poke bowls but also burgers.

“We also offer wraps and burgers with delicious sauces because life is about balance and great food.

“And we can’t forget about freshly baked cake and bread to greet you with each morning.”

The restaurant has partnered with Illy for its coffee and smoothies and protein shakes will also be found on the menu.

“2022 is our year, the year we can all get together and make a difference,” Mr Goksel added. “Mint is the place to come and relax, have breakfast, brunch and early dinner with your friends because food and great friends are two essential ingredients to a great life.

“Great things are to come as we are partnering with local farms and producers to bring organic and fresh products through our doors.”
