Restricted access to Park Lane, Thatcham today (Monday)

West Berkshire Council says that one of the offending manholes is opposite Whitelands Road and the other is situated to the north of the children’s centre.
The road will be closed from Park Avenue to Sagecroft Road and the work is expected to last from 9am until 3pm.
A diversion will be in place via Heath Lane, Northfield Road and the A4. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
