Road closed after telegraph pole felled in car crash

Police said a silver BMW hit the telegraph pole and a tree in Capability Way, Newbury, at about 2.15pm today (Monday).
The impact caused the telegraph pole to fall into the road, which has been closed by police.
The male driver of the BMW sustained minor head injuries, according to police.
Thames Valley Police spokesman, Adam Fisher added that the BMW, which was the only vehicle involved in the accident, is yet to be recovered from the scene (pictured).
