The road will be open to all traffic at weekends

The closure is to allow Gigaclear to install fibre cables and residential access will be maintained throughout.

Elsewhere surface dressing will be taking place on two roads in the area.

Baydon Road, Lambourn, will be shut on June 27 and June 28, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

The closure will be from the junction of Crowle Road to Ermin Street.

Then the B4000 Ermin Street will be closed on June 28 and June 29, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

The closure is from the junction of A338 to unnamed road from Baydon Road to Poughley.

Both are to enable Volker Highways to carry out surface dressing on behalf of West Berkshire Council.

No on street parking will be allowed within the road closures and the council has warned that at times access to properties and businesses will be restricted or delayed as the works take place outside.

Diversions for all of the closures will be signed on site.
