Roundabout closures in Burghfield Common limit access to Mortimer and Padworth

The double roundabouts linking Reading Road, Goring Lane and Padworth Road in Burghfield Common are to close over the coming days, in order to allow for streetworks.
This will limit motorists' access to Mortimer, Burghfield and Padworth.
The closure started today.
It is to run between 9.30am and 3.30pm each day until May 19.
A diversion is being offered via Brewery Common, Hammonds Heath, The Street, Victoria Road, Reading Road, and vice versa.
On May 20 and May 21, Reading Road will again close at its junction with Dean Copse Road, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
