Rush hour delay expected as Highclere road remains closed following cement lorry crash

This picture taken by @OvertonPolice via Twitter shows the scene Hampshire Police faced when they were called to the scene on the A343 at 9.13am.
At 5pm today, police spokeswoman Vicky O’Hare, said that the road was still closed as the vehicle was still being recovered.
The A343 in Highclere is closed in both directions between the Star Lane junction and the Cross Lane junction because of the accident.
The lorry driver was not injured in the crash.
