Sapphire and gold necklace, suit and wallet stolen from car




Thieves broke into a parked car and helped themselves to jewellery, clothing and cash.

The incident happened between 2.15pm and 4pm on Sunday, August 18, on the B4001 between Lambourn and Sparsholt Firs.

Thames Valley Police said the robbers smashed the rear window of a green Seat Ibiza.

Once inside the vehicle, they took a white gold necklace with a pink and blue sapphire, a green three-piece suit, a blue Kath Kidston handbag, glasses, a red Osprey rucksack, and a wallet which contained £50 in cash, bank cards and a driving licence.

Officers have launched an investigation and are appealing for help to track the culprits.
