Equinox Learning Trust welcomes church schools in new partnership
The Equinox Learning Trust, previously the Kennet School Academies Trust, recently partnered with the Oxford Diocesan Board of Education.
The collaboration will pave the way for Church of England schools to join its multi-academy trust, which currently supports Kennet School and the Whitelands and Francis Bailey Primary Schools in Thatcham.
The trust was recently invited to an event, where it showcased the advantages of joining a multi-academy trust to local Church of England schools.
Francois Walker, the new CEO of the trust, said of the partnership: "This collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission to enhance educational outcomes and provide a nurturing environment for all pupils."
The trust shared with the schools how it can offer access to enhanced educational resources, robust support systems and a collaborative network of like-minded institutions.
ODBE governance and admissions adviser Katie Paxton added: "Partnering with Equinox opens up new opportunities for our schools in Berkshire to thrive within a supportive and dynamic framework.
“We are excited about the potential this collaboration holds for our school communities."
