POLICE are continuing to search for missing North Hampshire man Charles Knight, who disappeared in mid-February.

Mr Knight, 30, from Basingstoke, was last seen leaving his parents’ house in Burghclere at around 8.30am on February 17.

Hampshire Constabulary scaled back the operation on March 7, but the force has confirmed that the investigation remains ongoing.

Searches were undertaken around Newtown Common over the weekend for Mr Knight, who was last seen wearing a green jacket, green cap, black trousers and walking boots.

A police spokesman said: “The investigation into the disappearance of Charles Knight remains ongoing at this time, and we continue to follow up on potential sightings.

“We would still encourage anyone with information on Charles’ whereabouts to contact us on 101 with the reference number 44210059947.”
