Search for Tilehurst man missing for a week
Tilehurst man has not been seen since December 30
POLICE are appealing for help in tracing a 44-year-old Tilehurst man who has been missing for a week.
Brian Scott, from Juniper Way, Tilehurst, was last seen by his landlady at his home at 8pm on Thursday, December 30.
He said that he said he was going for a walk, and has not been seen since.
PC Phil Eyles, who is leading the investigation, said: “He does not appear to have any family living nearby and there is no obvious reason for him to go missing.
“I would urge anyone with any information about his whereabouts to contact me so that we can check he is OK.”
Mr Scott is white, around 6ft, with a medium build, brown hair, a brown beard and blue eyes. His beard is thicker than in the profile photo released by police.
He was last seen wearing a checked fleece top, blue jeans and a black beanie hat.
