Elderly and vulnerable people at risk as severe cold weather is set to continue until Friday
THE severe cold weather looks set to continue in West Berkshire until Friday, according to forecasters.
An ice warning, issued by the Met Office, has been downgraded from amber to yellow, but there is still a 100 per cent probability of severe cold weather and icy conditions, according to the Met Office's predictions.
This could increase health risks to vulnerable people, it added.
Roads are also likely to be icy overnight tonight (Tuesday)as temperatures drop to below freezing.
