Severe delays between Slough and Reading after person hit by train

First Great Western services from London Paddington also affected after incident near Twyford

FIRST Great Western services out of London Paddington are being delayed by around an hour after a person was hit by a train at Twyford.

National Rail has also warned passengers to expect 60 minute delays between Slough and Reading.

It is likely to affect thousands of commuters, with disruption is expected until at least 6.30pm.

People are being advised to check updates before they travel.
