At a hearing at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 1, the 56-year-old, of Firs End, Mortimer, admitted breaching the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

He did this by failing to notify police of a new home address within three days of the change, as required under the act.

The 2003 Act requires registered sex offenders register to notify to their local police of certain personal details and information, including – but not limited to – their name, address, date of birth and national insurance number.

District judge Davinder Sandhu ordered pre-sentence reports.

She stipulated these should be prepared on an ‘all options’ basis, including custody.

Bozarth, who was legally represented by Gianpaolo Damiani, was meanwhile refused bail and was remanded in custody.
