The 39-year-old, who lives in an apartment in Bregawn House, Racecourse Road, Newbury, was made subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) having been sentenced for unspecified sex offences at Winchester Crown Court.

SOPOs are designed to protect the public from serious sexual harm.

At the May 13 hearing King admitted three offences of breaching the terms of his SOPO in Newbury, all on January 12 this year.

He did so by using the Telegram app, by using the Bumble For Friends app and by using the OnlyFans website – all without notifying the police as required.

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports.

They stipulated these should be prepared on an ‘all options’ basis, including custody.

Magistrates further stated that they reserved the right to send the case back to be sentenced by a judge sitting at Winchester Crown Court should they deem, after reading the reports, that their own powers of punishment were insufficient.

King, who was legally represented by Robert Jacques, was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
