Shaw House Open Day this weekend

The rescheduled Heritage Open Days at Shaw House will take place tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday.

Free introductory talks about the house's history will happen at 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm.

Guests are welcome to explore the exhibition rooms, historic costume exhibition ‘Dressed for Shaw’ and the English Civil War arms and armoury exhibition ‘Dressed for Battle’.

Customers that booked to see the Bake House viewings on Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11 have been automatically transferred to this weekend and should present their original ticket on arrival.

No bookings are required for the introductory talks or to view the exhibitions.

Please note that the café service will be limited in order to create safe access to the Bake House.

The house and grounds are open and free to access between 11am and 4pm.
