A woman has returned to spread festive cheer this Christmas.

Readers of the Newbury Weekly News may remember Brimpton resident, Kathleen Watson, who waved to passing motorists during Covid and again last Christmas.

Well, she has been spotted again by our photographer.

She was seen standing at her favourite spot on the Crookham Common Road and Thornford Road junction wielding a sign and waving.

She hit national headlines waving to motorists at the same place in 2020.
