He was found shivering by Aldbourne Band chairman James Sheppard and his wife Deborah on their land at Poultion Farm Estate near Axford.
Mrs Sheppard said: “We put him in a cardboard box, brought him inside and sat him by the Aga oven to warm up. He’s now back in the field as the weather is warmer and he’s doing fine.
“We’ve called him Aga, of course.”
