Reading Magistrates’ Court: Calcot shoplifter sentenced for Thatcham store raid

A MAN has been sentenced for a drinks raid on a town centre store.
In the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 16, was Jamie Jones.
The 31-year-old, of Burbidge Close, Calcot, admitted stealing four bottles of alcohol together worth £121 from Waitrose in Thatcham on Friday, April 14.
Mr Jones, who was legally represented by Jaimini Renuka, was fined £40.
In addition, he was ordered to pay £85 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge.
