Sing-a-Long for SCOPE
ANDY Pocock, a name familiar to fans of KATS productions, is organising a charity screening of Sing-a-Long-a Sound of Music at the Corn Exchange on Sunday, May 6, at 2pm and 7pm, with all profits being donated to SCOPE, providing help and support for those with cerebral palsy.
“This has a real chance of raising a large amount for this much-deserving charity, but we need to pack the venue,” says Andy.
“We’re a local group trying to raise £10,000 for the charity SCOPE by organising a host of local, community events and are looking for your help.
“We have a professional company coming from London to stage the event, with goody bags and heaps of entertainment. We’d love to pack the house out.
“Fancy dress is optional, but highly recommended and the show gives everyone the chance to belt out the Sound of Music classics at the top of their voice.”
