Speeding device installed in Kingsclere

At a Kingsclere Parish Council meeting on Monday evening, parish councillor Janet Bond, who is overseeing the initiative, said drivers should reduce their speed in accordance with a 30mph limit through the village.
The volunteers will record the speed of vehicles using SID and the details of vehicles exceeding the limit will be passed to police, who will issue a warning letter.
