Speen van fire suspected arson

According to Phil Knight, the watch manager of White Watch at Newbury Fire Station, one pump was called from Newbury at 8.30pm to Moor Lane, where the tyre and wheel of a van was alight.
Firefighters left the scene after about one hour, after extinguishing the blaze and informing the police.
