Sport and big bangs on the agenda today (Sat)

In hockey, Newbury take on Ramgarhia at Henwick, Newbury take on Holyport in Football at Faraday Road and in rugby, Thatcham face Stow on the Wold, again at Henwick.
The skies of West Berkshire will be awash with colour in the evening as many of the districts firework displays take place.
Thatcham’s display at the Memorial Field takes place from 5pm, Pangbourne primary school display takes place from 5.30pm and the gates for Kingsclere Primary School’s display open at 5.30pm.
