Tadley Calleva 1 US Portsmouth 2
TADLEY suffered a pre-Vase setback as in-form Services cemented their second place in the Wessex League Division One table.
Jamie Wrapson put them ahead after 20 minutes and Tom Hindmarsh had to save a Callum Coker penalty to deny them a second before James Tennant levelled the scores on the stroke of half-time.
Tadley dominated the early stages of the second period but could not make a breakthrough and it was Services who struck the decider after 67 minutes when Peter Houkes’ long ball fell for Connor Duffin to poke home.
