Still time to join Englefield Estate’s festive Snowman Trail!

There is still time join Englefield Estate’s festive Snowman Trail.

The estate’s popular free trail is back and will remain open for families and children to visit over the festive period until January 6, 2025.

The trail leads visitors through the woodland near Mortimer West End, Mortimer, Silchester and Burghfield Common, and features 19 wooden snowmen, made by the Englefield Estate Forestry Team.

Each snowman has also been decorated by young people from local schools and community groups.

There is also a collection of snowmen closer together in the College Piece woodland near Mortimer for younger children or those unable to walk as far.
