A MAN accused of burglary can claim court costs after the charge against him was dismissed.
Ricky King appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Friday, February 7.
At a previous hearing the 29-year-old, of Urquhart Road, Thatcham, had pleaded not guilty to entering Baron Vapes in Monument Close, off Essex Street, Wash Common, as a trespasser and stealing vape products worth £485.03 on February 25 last year.
At Friday’s hearing the single charge was dismissed after the prosecution offered no evidence.
Mr King was told he could reclaim any costs incurred by him in the failed prosecution.
